Service Level Agreement

The Ministry of Investment is keen to fulfill investors’ satisfaction byproviding E-Services that meet the required standards and that are withinthe acceptable timeframe. The specified time is subject to change in casethe investor did not provide all the required documents/information and tothe time taken by a third party, such as other government agencies toprocess the transactions, if the service requires such processing. Investorsmust also comply with the terms and requirements of each service as shownin the E-Services manual.
