The Matchmaking service is a digital service designed to empower local and international companies, as well as entrepreneurs, to showcase and explore investment partnership opportunities. It facilitates alignment between parties through smart tools that support knowledge exchange and collaboration on investment projects.

To create a new user account, please follow these steps:

1. Click on "Register Now" on the homepage.

2. Sign up using either Nafath or your email address.

3. Fill in the required information accurately.

4. Select your registration type:

   – Opportunity Participant or

   – Opportunity Submitter & Participant.

5. Choose your preferred language: Arabic or English.

6. Review and accept the Terms & Conditions, including the Disclaimer.

After logging in, a company representative can follow these steps:

1. Go to “My Opportunities” section and select “Offer New Opportunity”.

2. Enter the investment opportunity details and define disclosure preferences.

3. Click “Create Opportunity” and wait for approval from the ministry’s operations team.

The verification process varies depending on the account type and nationality of the user:

• Local Agent: Verification is done automatically upon submitting the agency number.

• Foreign User: Required documents include:

• Copy of the agency agreement

• Personal identification

• Translated and certified commercial registration from the Saudi embassy and the issuing authority

After submitting the documents, a verification request must be submitted and approval is to be awaited from the relevant authority within the Saudi investment platform.
