The opportunity is to develop a controlled temperature complex and logistics operator to service the Food and Beverage market in the western province, the investor would enter in a sub-lease agreement with Modon, where it would develop the product and commercialize it

With 1,100,000 m2 of manufacturing installations devoted to the Food and Beverage market in Jeddah 2nd and 3rd industrial cities and at growth at 172,500 m2 yearly, additionally with the Umrah and Hajj visitors’ growth, demand will always be available.

The total net leasable area is 300,000 sqm and investors could lease any area as per the master plan.
